야부키타랑 중국종을 교배시킨 품종으로 독특한 향기가 특징이라고 합니다. 개인적으론 용정이랑 센차가 섞인듯한 향에 시금치를 데친 것 같은 향이 더해진 느낌이었습니다. 맛은 우마미보단 토스티한 맛과 바닐라스러운 맛이 더 느껴졌는데 질감이 좀 thick한 편이라 우마미가 상대적으로 덜 잡히는것 같습니다.

あさのか, 独特な香り

鹿児島県茶業試験場で「 やぶきた」 と「 中国種」 を交配した中から選抜した品種茶です。 耐寒性、 耐病性はやぶきたより強い。 香気は人により好みが分かれますが、 特徴のある高い香りで、 滋味は旨味成分のアミノ酸や窒素成分が多いことから飲み応えがあり、 旨味とほのかな渋みをあわせ持つ個性的な品種です。

Asanoka, a unique scent

It is a variety tea selected from among mating "Yabuki" and "Chinese species" at the Kagoshima Prefecture Tea Experiment Station. The cold resistance and the disease resistance are stronger than the hit. Although the taste can be divided according to the person, the fragrance is a distinctive fragrance with a characteristic, and the taste is a unique variety with a combination of umami and faint astringent, because there are a lot of amino acids and nitrogen components of umami ingredients.
